2017년 전국 대학도서관 이용자 만족도 조사 안내
2017년 대학도서관 시범평가의 일환으로, 이용자 만족도 조사를 다음과 같이 시행합니다.
❍ (시행기관) 한국교육학술정보원 (KERIS)
❍ (기간) ‘17.11.20(월) 09:00 ~ 12.10(일) 24:00 (3주간)
❍ (방식) 웹 설문조사(모바일 응답 가능), 대학별 설문 URL 제공
❍ (문항) 총 11개 문항 / 7점 척도 (소요시간: 약 5분 이내)
※ 외국인 학생 응답을 위해 조사 시작 시, 언어 선택(한국어/ 영어) 기능 제공
※ 문항 응답 후 응답자 특성(재학생 구분, 전공, 성별)을 선택해야만 조사 완료
※ 본교에서 최소 60명 이상이 응답하여야 합니다.

Survey on Satisfaction of Academic Library 2017
For the academic library evaluation, user satisfaction survey is held as below.
❍ (Institution) KERIS (Korean Education and Research Information Service)
❍ (Period) Mon. Nov. 20, 09:00 ~ Sun. Dec. 10, 24:00 (for three weeks)
❍ (Method) Web based questions (available for mobile also), through university URL
❍ (Qustions) 11 questions / 7 point scale (It will take about 5 minutes.)
※ for international students, this survey is conducted in English and Korean.
※ The survey is finished when you answer 11 questions and input student status, major, and gender.
※ At least, 60 students are supposed to join this survey.
